A mansion in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club with an asking price of $25 million led an active week of signed contracts in Palm Beach County.  Buyers signed 17 contracts between July 13 and July 19, according to a weekly report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
